• Cost: $15 for HCRW and CRW members and $20 for everyone else. You will be instructed how to pay after you submit this form.
• All payments for a workshop must be received by the registration deadline. Late payments can be applied to a future HCRW workshop of your choosing.
• Workshops require a minimum of 10 students.
• Cancellations and Refunds:
  • No registration fees will be refunded.
  • If less than 10 students are registered by the registration deadline, then
    • The workshop will be cancelled and you will be notified by email.
    • Your registration fee can be applied to a future HCRW workshop of your choosing.
