Chapter Meetings

​Regular Membership Meetings are held the second Saturday of each month at 1:00 pm

ECPI University, 4101 Doie Cope Road, Raleigh, NC.

To ensure the ongoing safety of members, Zoom log-in information will be e-mailed prior to each meeting until we're able to gather again to meet in person. Our pre-meeting lunch and post-meeting coffee are postponed until further notice.

HEARTLINE NEWSLETTER
Our monthly newsletter contains informative articles on the craft of writing, member news, and contest information. It also offers you an opportunity to promote your latest releases. Submissions should be submitted by e-mail to the newsletter editor.

CRITIQUE GROUPS
HCRW provides a critique group partner matching service. Contact the critique group coordinator for more information!

BOOK IN A WEEK (BiaW) CHALLENGE
Feeling alone while writing day in and day out? You don’t have struggle in solitude! BiaW is a diverse group of HCRW members writing frantically  (just like you!) from the first Saturday of the month to the Friday before the HCRW meeting. Every night of BiaW, report your page totals and our moderator will announce the totals at the meeting as well as offer ongoing support during the challenge.

CHRISTINE HYATT SERVICE AWARD
Established in 1997 to recognize members-in-good-standing who have given outstanding support to the chapter. Please send the nominee's name and the reasons for the nomination to the Awards Committee. (The current president and past winners are unable to be nominated.)

Members are encouraged to announce their new releases in our chapter Facebook Group. (To comply with our bylaws links should be directed to author websites only.)

Your $30 membership to the Heart of Carolina Romance Writers Chapter 114 is good for one year. Renewals occur on your chapter anniversary date.  You will have immediate access to everything on our chapter via RWA.
