It's been a long two years, y'all. That's right, our last face-to-face meeting was in February 2020. We all miss the opportunity to talk casually with each other about the challenges we face as authors. So this month, we're going to do something different. Instead of having a speaker, we're going to discuss newsletters—and whatever other topics come up.

Newsletters are one of an author's greatest assets. The subscriber list belongs to YOU. As long as you download it regularly, you're not reliant on the whims of a giant corporation who can lock you out of their ecosystem (like social media companies can). Nurturing your subscribers, turning them into rabid fans, is one of the best ways to help ensure successful launches.
Come to the meeting prepared to ask questions, offer tips, and just enjoy chatting with other authors. We hope to see you there!
